Cook's Index

In 2008, a ten year retrospective supplement of cookery articles, all containing recipes, will be comleted in the Cook's Index. Upon completion, the Cook's Index will provide a comprehensive listing of periodical articles by authors writing on the art and science of cookery in popular periodicals for the years 1975 through 2005. It will provide more than three decades of information for cooks and others about food preparation as well the location of a number of periodical articles about major historical figures within the culinary world.
